Each year during the Boone County 4-H Fair in Lebanon, IN the Boone County Extension Homemakers hold their 2nd largest fundraiser located in the Beehive on the fairgrounds. The Beehive is located inside the Witham Pavilion on the 4-H Fairgrounds where we serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Breakfast (daily 6:30 a.m.- 10a.m.)
Lunch (daily 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.)
Dinner (daily 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.)
Hot Dinner served nightly! 5:00 - 7:30 p.m. or while supplies last!
Snacks & Cold Drinks served 9 p.m.- 10 p.m.

Looking for someone who is knowledgeable in cooking breakfast items, keeping records, enjoys working with people, has great organizational and leadership skills, problem solver, loves serving the community, and wants to help make fair week a wonderful success. You do not have to be a member of the Boone County Extension Homemakers. All breakfast shifts are paid jobs. We are a nonprofit so pay is not standard.

The Boone County Extension Homemakers are looking for Volunteers during the Boone County 4-H Fair working the Beehive.
Volunteering in the Beehive is one of our 3-6 hour shifts. Duties include but not limited to: Following opening instructions of the Beehive, following cooking recipes, cooking on the grill and/or fryers, hot-dog station, stove top and microwave, serving on the line, wrapping sandwiches, clean-up, cleaning trays, trash, dishes, and cutting up fruit and veggies.
